What should I do if the trailer gets stolen, flat tire or any other damage?

Stolen trailer: 

If your trailer would be stolen from you during a rent, you need to report this to the police yourself and get a case number. When having the case number, you need to call our customer support to report the trailer being missing as well giving the case number from the police so we can make an insurance case of it. You can find customer supports contact information at our website. 

If you have chosen the self-risk elimination service, the cost for repair and collection will be covered, as long as the damage was not caused by careless actions. For example, parking the trailer without locking it. If you don´t have the self-risk elimination service added, you will be charged for the deductible. 

Flat tire or any other damage:

Please drive aside, disconnect the trailer from the car and secure it. Call customer support to report the puncture/other damage. If the customer support is not available, please send an email with information. You will need to call a tow truck and get the trailer back to the station.

If you have chosen the self-risk elimination service, the cost for repair and collection will be covered, as long as the damage was not caused by careless actions. For example, driving while overloaded. If you don´t have the self-risk elimination service added, you will be charged for the deductible. 

Remember that you as the customer is responsible for the trailer during the rent.
