Starting the app
Download the app from either from Appstore or Google play depending on the phone you have.
When opening the app for the first time you MUST accept:
- Location Service.
- Bluetooth.
This in order for everything to work properly.
You need to login in order to start booking trailers.
- Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.
- Press “login”
Enter following information:
- Email.
- Phone number.
Then you will get a verification code to the number you registered that you would need to enter, and then you will be login.
How to make a booking in the app
First select were you want to book a trailer; you do this by scrolling the map and then click "book" on the station you want.
Then select the following:
- Date & Time for your booking.
- Which trailer model you want.
Read the booking information and confirm. It contains:
- Trailer model.
- Date & Time.
- Cost.
- Damage cost elimination (we recommend having this in case an accident occur).
After confirming the booking, you will be moved to pay for it.
Either by:
- Swish (Sweden), Vipps (Norway) or MobilePay (Denmark).
- Card payment.
Note: If you pay via Swish, Vipps or MobilePay, you sometimes need to manually go back to the booking app.
How to pick-up the trailer
After confirming and paying for your booking it will be available for pick-up under "my bookings" in the app. Which you find by:
- Open the app.
- Click on the drop-down menu.
- select "My bookings" and press "open" on the booking.
Follow the pick-up instructions:
- Press "start the rent" (Note that you need to be at the trailer on the station to be able and start the pick-up process in the app).
- Fill out the trailer inspection.
- Take pictures of the trailer to document the condition before picking it up.
- Open the Bluetooth lock by pressing on the button under the physical lock.
- Now you can attach the trailer to your car and start using it.
During the rent
In the app during the rent, you can see and do the following:
- Remaining time before you need to return it.
- Prolong the booking if needed (If someone else have booked the same trailer as you right after you are supposed to return it, you will not be able to prolong. Then you need to return the trailer and book a new).
- Open up the Bluetooth lock, if you need to lock the trailer during the rent.
- Return the rent either, when your time is up or if you want to return the trailer earlier.
How to return the booking
When returning the trailer, you need to return it at the station you picked it up but also in the app (to be able and return the booking in the app you need to be at the station).
Follow the steps below to return a booking in the app:
- Open the app and on your current booking click "Return"
- Confirm that you have put the trailer on the right place and locked it with the Bluetooth lock.
- Fill out the trailer inspection to confirm the condition when returning it.
- Take pictures of the trailer to confirm the condition and then confirm. The booking will then be returned.
When the trailer is fully returned in the app you will receive a confirmation receipt to your email.
